What these numbers mean?
1)   Madhyamik Examination Results:
If anyone has scored 720/800 in MP without additional numbers, that means he/she has scored 90%. She/he will be given 90% of 5 marks. That is his/her score in first segment will be 4.5 out of 5.
If someone had scored 400/800 in MP without additional numbers, that means he/she has scored 50%. He/she will be given 50% of 5 marks, i.e. his/her score will be 2.5 out of 5.
2)   Higher Secondary Examination Results:
Same as the segment (1), if someone had scored 60% in HS, best of 5 basis. (Old Candidates have to calculate without the additional subject numbers or best of 5), then his/her score will be 6 out of 10.
3)   If you have training for Primary teaching then 15 numbers will be given to you. Else nothing from this segment. Para-Teachers will not be entertained a single extra numbers if they have not completed a one-year or two-year basic training course.
4)   TET Examination Result:
The full marks for TET will be 150. You have to get 60% or 90 marks to qualify the TET. Now if you have scored 120/150 in TET, then your % stands 80% and you will be awarded 80% of 5 marks, i.e. 4 out of 5.
5)   Extra-Curricular Activities:
If you have a NCC “C” certificate then you will be given 5 marks out of 5 marks.
For NCC “B” and “A” certificates you will be given 3 and 1 marks respectively.
You can also be considered in this segment if you have a state or national level sports certificate or cultural certificate.
You can also be considered if you have any unusual activities like mountain Climbing, Para Gliding, Rowing, Pilot training etc.
Owning Computer Certificates will not be entertained as Extra-Curricular Activity.
6)   Personality Test & Aptitude Test:
After TET qualification you will be given a TET qualified certificate and you will be called for interview next three years.
YOU HAVE TO QUALIFY THE TET EXAMINATION FIRST.
